This policy explains how YUTS LLC (EDRPOU code 32255012, 1 Titova St., apt. 15, Dnipro; hereinafter "we") processes the personal data you submit through the klimatolog.com.ua website. We act in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
What data we receive
Your name and company name, phone number, e-mail, a description of the project and task, and any files you attach to the request (designs, briefs, specifications).
Why
Only to contact you, prepare a commercial proposal and perform the contract, if one is concluded. We do not send marketing mailings and do not sell data.
Where the data is stored and who has access
Requests and files are stored in a secure database of the Supabase service (servers in the European Union). Only authorised employees of YUTS LLC have access. A notification of a new request is sent to the responsible employee via a messenger and to the corporate e-mail.
Retention period
For the period needed to prepare the proposal and perform the contract, and thereafter in accordance with the statutory requirements for document retention. Requests that did not result in a contract are deleted within three years at the latest.
